Fireworks @ The Fairgrounds - June 30th, 2018

Fireworks @ The Fairgrounds 2018 (was Saturday June 30, 2018.) The event raised $31,790 for our Wiregrass United Way. Special thanks to B&B Inflatables, SunSouth John Deere, Cosby Heating & Cooling, Wiregrass Electric, B105.3 fm,  WTVY-News4, WOOF 99.7fm,  WTVY FM95, WDHN-TV18, Durden Outdoor, Bobert Ballons, Lee Andrews (Lew-E the clown), Buffalo Rock, North Florida Antique Tractor Club,  Birdsong Farms Watermelon, Nathan Butler, Pepi Foods, Circle City Transport, Mike Bedsole, Northview JROTC, Allen Jones, NPF Junior Fair Board, Subway, J&M Fireworks, Dothan Police & Bomb Squad, Dothan Fire, Houston County EMA, Houston County Volunteer Fire Departments, Miss National Peanut Festival Queens and contestants, Rickey Stokes News, Houston County Sheriff Department, Friends of Ft Rucker, Jim Martin, Dothan Eagle, Alabama Peanut Producers, Timberline Homes, Aaron Bostic & The Kingfish Band, Kim Davis, Dothan CVB, DSI Security, Pilcher Ambulance, Xaxbys,  & Straight Line Parking.

Vendors, craft exhibits, Car show, Bobert  Balloons& Lew-E the Clown, helicopter & firetruck display, peanuts, watermelon, ice cream samples, farmers market, games, car show, BBQ, Funnel Cake, CornDog Man, Boiled peanuts, Smoothies, Dothan Ice Cream, Hot Dogs, Roasted Corn, free B&B Inflatables, free kids train rides, dunking booth, seed spittin contest, bands. Talent Show after Fireworks ,  Aaron Bostic & The Kingfish Band at 7:30pm. Tune to FM105.3 at 9pm for Fireworks soundtrack. Fairgrounds Office 793-4323. $10 per carload/busload parking  donations go to Wiregrass United Way. Bring your American Flags, lawn chairs and a blanket. Volunteer & vendor info 793-4323. 

4:00pm Car Show registration
5:00pm (til 9pm) Gates open, Inflatables open, Food & Drink Vendors open. Free watermelon & peanut samples. Kids Games, dunking booth , displays.
7:30pm Aaron Bostic & The Kingfish Band
8:50pm program (Presentation of Colors)
9:00pm Fireworks Show
9:30pm Talent Show

$34,000 was donated to the Wiregrass United Way from the 2017 event. A great night and we thank you for attending #FireworksattheFairgrounds  Thanks to the families, volunteers, vendors & performers for making it happen.
